1. Introduction & Acceptance

Bramatt Computing ("we", "us", "our") is an IT services provider and reseller based at Unit 2, Stephenson Court, Brindley Road, Coalville, LE67 3HG, UK. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services & Products

We provide Managed IT services, Help Desk support, Cloud solutions, and hardware/software resale. Specific service levels and project scopes are governed by separate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or Quotations provided at the time of engagement. These Terms of Service apply to the overarching relationship between Bramatt Computing and our clients.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering an account or purchasing hardware. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your security details.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees for services and hardware are set out in our quotes and invoices. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are typically 14 days from the date of invoice unless agreed otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to suspend services or delay hardware delivery in the event of late payment.

5. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent. Software provided as part of our services remains the property of the respective vendor or us, as defined by applicable licenses.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use our services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. Prohibited activities include attempting to bypass security measures, distributing malware, or engaging in any activity that disrupts the integrity or performance of our systems or the services provided to other customers.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services and hardware often involve third-party products (e.g., Microsoft Cloud, Dell hardware). Use of these products is subject to the respective third-party's terms and conditions. Bramatt Computing is not responsible for the performance or availability of these third-party services beyond our own management scope.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Bramatt Computing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for those services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these terms or for conduct that we believe is harmful to us or other users. You may terminate your agreement with us subject to the notice periods defined in your specific Service Agreement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
